Vistage Chair & Executive Growth Partner

Meet Jenn Christie

Vistage Chair. Fractional COO. Growth Strategist. Trusted Executive Ally.

I help high-performing CEOs navigate complexity with more clarity, calm, and confidence—so they can lead better, grow stronger, and stop going it alone.

As a Vistage Chair and executive advisor, I work with founders and CEOs who are scaling businesses, building teams, and carrying the weight of high-stakes decisions every day.

Some lead fast-growing SaaS companies. Others run legacy operations in construction, logistics, or professional services. All of them want the same thing: sharper perspective, stronger leadership, and the right peers to help them grow.

I curate confidential, high-trust CEO groups in the Phoenix East Valley—designed to challenge assumptions, pressure-test big decisions, and help leaders get out of the weeds and into their next level.

I also selectively advise a small number of leaders 1:1 in operational strategy, leadership alignment, and executive development.

What I Do Today

Why I Do This Work

I’ve sat at the executive table—and behind the scenes.

Over the last 20+ years, I’ve served as a Fractional COO, Sales and Ops Strategist, and Culture Architect across multiple industries, including:

  • Tech and SaaS

  • Construction logistics

  • Luxury hospitality

  • Assessment and hiring platforms

I know what it’s like to be in the middle of rapid growth, broken systems, culture friction, and visionary overload. I’ve been the calm in the chaos. The translator between vision and execution. The one bringing clarity to what felt messy and overwhelming.

And I’ve learned this:
Even the best leaders need somewhere they can be real.
Not just competent—clear. Not just strategic—centered.

That’s why I do this work. Because leadership doesn’t have to be lonely.
And great CEOs deserve a room that challenges them to grow—with honesty, heart, and high expectations.

What I Believe

  • Leadership is less about control and more about clarity.

  • The best cultures are built with intention, not slogans.

  • Every CEO needs a sounding board who doesn’t report to them.

  • When the right people are in the right room, growth accelerates.

The Personal Side

I’m a mom to two amazing daughters and a proud wife of a first responder.
When I’m not facilitating CEO groups or supporting teams in the trenches, you’ll find me outdoors, learning something new, or savoring quiet, connected moments with my family.

I care deeply about people, purpose, and building businesses that leave a positive ripple effect in the world.
